Hi there, i filled out the nanopoint RMA form online, and today i recieved email saying..

"Could you please return the unit back to us at your own cost, at the address below ensuring that it is suitably packed and that you have proof of dispatch for your own records as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged units, could you also please ensure that your RMA number is clearly visible on the outside packaging this will enable us to look at your details immediately and process your claim quicker.

Once the unit has completed testing and if the report shows that the unit has failed then a replacement will be dispatched back to you."

This sounds good,

just wondering. Do i get postage charges back? and can anyone give me an estimate on postage cost for a PSU? its pretty weighty!

Hi There,

The best people to ring for this would be nanopoint, a quick word of advise also box the product with loads of bubble wrap all sorts of protection couriers like to be heavy handed, also do not write the RMA the product box as this will be rejected, you could send a recept with the package to them to prove what postage you have paid hope this has helped you

p.s the postage will be about a tenner

I shoulda just rang em in the first place lol, im not too keen phoning places, i mumble a lot :( . But anyway..

I rang them, they said i dont get postage back, however they pay for postage from them to me, so looks like its gonna be a tenner either way.

Shame its the end of the week, because it will be the back end of next week before it all gets returned :(

Thanks for reply mate, ill make sure i package it up well.

Is royal mail recorded the best choice?
