Tagan TG480W - Enough Power for my rig?

My PSU died this morning but luckily i have been given a Tagan TG480W PSU as a replacement by a friend. I just want to double check if its got enough juice to power my rig.

E4300 o/c @ 3.0ghz
BFG 8800GTS 320mb
