Hey, I've got a faulty Tagan 530W modular PSU (can't remember the model as I'm not home) But I contacted their RMA department in the middle of November and heard nothing. So I contacted them the beginning of December again, but still no word, I have contact the international details and the european, but still not a word.
So I went to the website today and I can't register and their doesn't seem to be any new posts in the last month.

Does anyone know something that I've missed? :confused: I need a replacement PSU as this one is fubar'd and I don't want to have to buy one.

Any help would be great. Thanks
 
I'm ok for a PSU at the moment, but the tagan was due to be used in a new build this month so I would like it working, but don't really want to go spending more money were it isn't needed... but thanks anyway

what I was really hoping for was some information as to why Tagan's site and response seems to be dead - how often do you go to a forum -> click register -> and then get a message: Sorry, registration has been disabled by the administrator. ????
 
Is this Nanopoint or Tagan? All the returns are done through Nanopoint. I've given up getting my Tagan replaced; I've done it two or three times and each time the replacement only lasts nine months or so.
