Tagging mp3's?

depends, do the file names contain all the data?
If not then use music brainz.
If they do wait for someone else to recommend a program.

i've always used mp3tag, does what it says on the tin and a lot of nice automated features like taking the info from the file name and splitting it into the tags... i.e. if you have a file named "Green Day - Dookie - 01 - Burnout.mp3" (for example) then you tell it to convert file name to tag and use the line "%artist% - %album% - %track% - %title%.mp3" and it will use your formula to populate the tags :) also works vice versa but does loads of other cool stuff too...

best of all tis nice and free :)

tag&rename has never failed me

you rename files based on tags, and can rename tags based on filenames
