Tail/rear light condensation Ford Ka (second generation)

Had this for a number of weeks now.

Been told it isn't covered under warranty beyond first year base warranty.

Condensation is in the hollow space between the sealed bulbs layer and outer shell. Also visible in the red sections going along side panels.

Been unable to remove clusters to try drying them, so is this likely to cause MOT issues? And have I been fobbed off by dealership?
 
My golf does the same thing, double check the rubber seals on the back. If water has got in, it will stay in there unless you leave the covers off for it to get back out. What you can do is get those small silicon bags and put them in behind the rubber grommet and they should absorb the moisture. If the water comes back after that it will most likely be leaking in from somewhere.
