Hi all, has anyone had a suit tailored, if so can anyone recommend a good tailors out here in Bangkok?

Probably looking at an average price, and good quality suit. Not sure on prices just yet, so any advice would be apareatiated.

They are not that expensive, about £150-175 for a suit that would cost £600-1000 here

Hmmm, thanks. ButI can't really spend that much. Iam at the end off my trip aswell so money is tight. Was looking at about 80-100 tops.

Is it far from Khao San Road?

you will live to regret not buying a suit from dress for success. The quality is excellent, and you get much more than what you paid for.

You can easily go to one of the 50 tailors on Khao San - you might be lucky, chances are you won't and will get something that is worth the same or, in many cases, less than what you paid.

For £150 ish you are getting real quality. Think how easily you can spend £150 in England. Invest it in something that will last for years.

A £150 suit in England - won't be anything special either.

Yer totally agree, its just that after being away for 7months ive spent far too much already. But I may go and have a look in the shop.

I would hardly wear it aswell, so cant really justify the cost at the mo,
