Take credit card details off of Xbox ?

Right then, few months back I couldn't wait to play on live lol, so I brought a 3 month membership off of the xbox 360 itself. Now I don't know how to get rid of my details, as I believe it will take £4.99 each month once my live runs out... is this how it works out?

You have to call them and speak to the most idiotic indian staff you've ever come across to get your details taken off.

I'd love a simple remove details button on the dashboard.

According to the FAQ on Microsoft's website, once you use a pre-paid card it changes your payment method to pre-pay cards and so shouldn't take the fees off the credit card, check your billing section at xbox.com.

You can get them to stop charging the card, but I was told that in order to delete the card they would have to delete my gamer profile too.

Whether or not that is the truth is another matter.

I am sure that is what happened to me , i stopped them taking money for live with a credit card and now i cant sign in to my gamer profile so i started a new one

I saw you post this in another thread as well. You tried phoning MS? They are open today.
