Take photos with Home button?

Is there anyway or an app that will let me take photo's with the home button?

I want to take my iphone snorkelling but the touch screen wont work underwater in the case i have for it.

No, unfortunately the only button i can touch is the home button.

I don't think it's allowed - the OS has complete control of the home button to get back to the app screen.

It isn't allowed on any button as one photo app was removed from the app store after it added a feature to be able to use the volume up button to take a picture (this was before that feature was added to the camera app during one of the major iOS updates).
