What the? Where's the science? "intended to give you an approximate understanding of your health in comparison to the rest of the population" is a useless term when you take in to consideration the following points : The rest of the population as sample is too large to arrive at any meaningful conclusion or result, and any conclusion you do arrive at is more than likely guaranteed not to be specific enough. You'll just end up with generalizations.A fundamental problem with this test is the type of exercise and the intensity of the workout you might do is not taken in to consideration along with any rest days you require to recover. You are penalized for not exercising every day. Your body weight answer in this test doesn't allow for or distinguish for either bone structure or additional weight due to added muscle mass. It automatically assumes you are unfit or fat simply because you are over the designated standard regardless of your fitness level and condition. Did I blink but the question regarding the consumption of processed foods gives no credit for never eating it either? What the heck does having a pet have to do with any real significant point or result also? Having a pet is just one of many other lifestyle choices that are just as likely to have an effect on your health (one way or another)? It's just sad to see this kind of a test associated with a healthy lifestyle program that could actually do some good or benefit.
