Bought some walking trousers at lunch time today, tried them on in the shop felt fine, brought them back to work, put them on still felt fine so I took the tags off.

Now i'm sat down with them they don't half feel tight around the lower part of my quads.

So question is can I take them back even though I removed the tags?

Yeah you can, I returned some jeans yesterday after I had removed the tags and the zip broke when I first wore them. They just gave my money back.

If you still have the tags take them in as well so they could kimble them back on. Normally terms and conditions of returns are printed on the back of the reciept.
At my work we'll refund anything as long as it's within the 28 days, it still has all the tags and packaging and the person has got the reciept.

Yeh at my weekend job at River Island, we only take it back if it has tags on, but if your really nice you can get away with it, seems unfair but works

Just remember that they do NOT have to give you a refund etc.
You bought them in the shop so had plenty of opportunity to check quality, size etc.

So just go in and explain - just don't go in with the attitude "You have to..." because they don't.
However I'd be surprised if they didn't do something for you.
