Taking E6600 to 3.5GHZ

I know i will need in the region of 390MHZ. I have an Asus P5W DH Deluxe.

I would like to know what voltages i need to modify and to what to obtain the above speed?

Did you need to change any of the other voltages to obtain this?

Would setting the following values work?

Vcore - 1.4
FSB - 1.3
vdimm - 2.1
MCH - 1.55
1CH - Auto
RAM - 2.2

Sorry im fairly new at all this overclocking lark. I have 6400 dominator RAM 2x1GB and according to the website will take a max of 2.1v

Do i actually need to overclock the RAM to get a CPU speed of 3.5GHZ and what sort of settings do you reccomend to say even push 3.25?

i have the following:

e6600
Asus P5W DH Deluxe
2x1GB CorsairTwinX XMS2 Dominator,DDR2 PC2-6400,240 Pins, NonECC Unbuffered, CAS 4-4-4-12, EPP
Sapphire Radeon 2900XT

so you are saying rather than raising the MEM voltage to 2.1 to just use 1.5 instead?
