Taking item out of white background

I have pictures of a few items against a white background.
Does anyone know how to get rid of the background easily, leaving the picture?

would help to see the pic aswell, to judge how hard/easy it will be, if you could upload it, would be a start.

Do you have any graphics software?

In PS you could use the Tragic Wand Tool to select all the white and then delete it. You will probably need to touch it up yourself with the eraser to get any spots the Wand tool will miss.

Its better to use the select colour range tool I think
