I used to teach for 4 hours a week which meant I brought home about an extra 250 odd a month. That was when I worked pretty close to the college, now I work in London I probably wouldnt take on any extra work as I dont get home until 7 or 8. If it were something I could do on the weekend for a couple of hours and something I enjoyed I probably would do it though. Guess it all depends on how flexible the work was.
For example, if it was building computers (I know its not a viable business but hypothetically) then I could just build one a night infront of the tele and then mass image them at the weekend thats fine. But if I had to spend a fixed amount of time in the evening doing it I probably wouldnt take it.
