taking the plunge

After having a dire experience with my thermaltake blue orb I've decided I'm gonna go for a TRUE so i can finally get some more out of my chip. However I hear for the best performance I will need some fans attached, what fans should I get and will I need to get hold of any clips for them etc? and also, if anyone has any experience with these did you notice much better temps as soon as it was installed?
