I must be missing something but my GTX260 gets 60fps sing the same settings in the video but at 1920x1200...
 
My 5870 runs MW2 @ 5040x1050, x4 AA, and maxed settings without a hitch...

What a fool.

ha, Just noticed who he is, im subscribed to him, he benchmarked CSS with his shiny new 5970 :rolleyes:.
He said he does plan to get new monitors for eyefinity though.

Not really any reason at all in that regard except for being cheap.

IPS and VA panels perform just as well as TN in games, high end IPS even perform better due to the higher level of image quality.

TNs I've used have been absolutely awful, and they weren't cheap TNs either.
 
Unless you really know your TFTs - buying VA or IPS for serious gaming is a no no... regardless of input latency (which is typically better with TN but its not a hard and fast rule) and stated response times they almost all have bad residual image problems which are much worse than TN panels.
