Thankfully I'm on Sky, but the Talk Talk home safe filter, which is supposed to protect kids has all but failed in it's automatic activation today. Even though it's disabled/turned off, it has blocked ALL gaming sites and ALL social media sites. That means that overclockers UK has been blocked as well as many other computer related forums and gaming websites.
There are countless reports on the Talk Talk forums and even some lady in India said it would be fixed within the hour and read a script of how to turn it off was talking balls. She said they were looking into it.
It started at 10am and still continues. Gave up in the end
