ok this has got me a little miffed and want to know my options .
took out a new contract with them 9th march 2015 ..... they didn't even give me new equipment being an existing customer ....
7th May get an email saying essentials going up 11th june ... wasn't happy but let it slide ....
9th September get an email to say landline going up 11 oct ... so thast 2 rises in 7 months ..... can I get out of this ? with no charges ?
wanted to go to bt for the sports .... need to work out if its cost effective first
