Tall fridge freezers

We have a fridge at the moment - 168cm high from the floor. The new kitchen spacing is actually 230x65x60 (cm HxWxD) with the top deliberately left for ventilation space.

The fridge at the moment is a Hotpoint 1st Edition IIRC it's a 50/50 and was a compromise second hand when we first moved in. The issue we have is fridge space and we don't use the freezer much.

The space allows us to put in something larger - 203 or taller but the depth is restrictive and the door needs the fridge to be proud to open or hit a small non-structural wall to one side. There is a 300mm full height pull out unit

Current favourite (as the entire kitchen is made up of Bosch appliances) is this Bosch Serie 4 (KGN39VW35G). This is a 70/30 which works for us - she bakes cakes so storage space is useful, and we plan to reduce the amount of fozen foods (I sea fish and currently it has one shelf taken up by cod that will be thrown out). I see we would store frozen veg and the odd emergency meal.
This seems to be a good blend of features - including fast cool and fast freeze on separate cooling circuits.

There is only the two of us with the option of storing stuff for party/BBQs/bakes etc and I'm not looking for home connected/ice maker.

The backing panel on this is alu laminate (lower fire risk) however the refrigerant is non-CFC but flammable. I already know it will stand proud of the space by about the same as the current fridge does.

I avoid samsung given experiences of TV and phone, not so keen on hotpoint (designs prone to fire).

Any thoughts/suggestions (both fridge/uses I've missed)?

Check out Liebherr, from everything I read when I was looking for a new fridge they're considered the top brand, they build Miele fridges/freezers in the same factory for example. Bosch is also a top brand but not "top top". The Liebherr CN4813 looks pretty similar to the Bosch you listed. They do various model variations without auto defrost (more capacity) etc.

I'm the opposite of you as I was trying to find a 70/30 fridge freezer which was 70% freezer, alas this doesn't seem to be a thing! :(

Looked around - the Liebherr looks like it's almost made by the same manufacturer. Looking at the Liebherr you don't get such as configurable cooling - the Bosch distributes cold air at each shelf and has a couple of adjustable vents for the boxes.

Finally decided and now the kitchen if fitted - ordered the Bosch Serie 4 (KGN39VW35G). AO £539 but Bosch themselves are doing £70 cashback and a work cash back £13. So for £456, happy with that.
