Just dug this out the cupboard and was wondering what to do with it? any practical uses these days? remember it being very expensive when it was bought 10 years ago so seems a shame to sling it.

It's H.323 so you could still use it with more modern systems, but the camera is limited to SD and the PC input is limited to XGA.
It will probably still look better than a Skype call from a built-in webcam, but it's not worth the hassle of trying to keep it secure (firmware updates will have stopped years ago) and configuring it to work in the modern world. Sling it on eBay and someone will give you beer money for it.
