I have an LTO tape drive that is installed in my pc and have recently upgraded from 2k3R2 to vista ultimate x64. The problem i have is that i made some backup on my server to my LTO2 tapes and now i find vista upwards doesn't support tape backup! I really need to get the data off these tapes and could really do with getting a backup solution working that will allow me to write to these tapes again as I have a load of ISOs that I want to keep a copy of. I have tried installing backup exec but it's not playing ball 
I know I should really go to a USB drive but have this tape drive that works fine and loads of tapes for it. Is there a solution that I can use or do I need to set up a server for it?
