OK, now I'm right handed, and my right arm is slightly better developed in bicep/tricep terms as a result.

That's not an issue though, as the difference between my arms is minimal.

My pecs, however, have a very noticeable difference, with my left pec being much more defined and my right almost being non-existant.

What is the best way to target my right pec to get it more balanced, without bulking up my right arm too much?

Free weights are the only way I can thing of to target one side, but what technique/s should I use?

Thanks!

Dumbell chest press would probably be the best way use the highest weight you can for you weaker arm in both then slowly work up

Dumbell pressups as normal. Keep the movement very slow, and very controlled.

Use visualization to really focus on the work the left pec is doing. And how pumped it feels. Use a full range of motion, and imagine you're using the pec to draw the elbow into the chest cavity, as opposed to pushing the weight upwards.

You don't need to individually target it, just keep the weights a touch lower and really focus on the work the left pec is doing. By keeping the weights even and every so slightly lower, the underdevloped portion of the body is doing far more than your dominant right side.

Some imbalance is normal, but remember careful visualisation and form will stop the imbalance from worsening.

Hope that helps,
Ant
