Task Manager help

I have this programme that always loads up when i start up the computer and it brings up this pop up. When i end the task in task manager it stops however i have to do it every time the computer is turned on how can i tell the application not to load up??

Quick way.
Start>Run>msconfig then click the startup tab and untick the offender.
