Task Manager issue

So when I end a task on taskmanager all of the other tasks disappear when I clearly have them running.

Start > Type TASKMGR in Search field > Right click TASKMGR.exe result and Run As Administrator

Click processes Tab and select "Show processes from all users" Swap back to application tab and repeat process, does the same symptom occur?

No it doesn't thanks for the help Sin Chase. It's working properly now. But I can't run it normally can I? The tasks only re-appear when I press the show processes from all users. Anything more permanent?

It's almost like you are loading some apps under a different username/authority. Or quite simply your Task Manager is broken

Well I kind of messed up when naming my computer and the installer didn't let me go back

So I changed it in windows but the same thing was happening before I changed it.
