task manager

Are their any good (free)programmes out there that anyone could recommend like task manager that would show whats running on our pc?
And delete it if possible.

Any linkage appreciated.

autoruns, good for showing all startup items
process explorer, advanced task manager basically..

both owned by MS now

In Autoruns, under services I have two entries where it says 'file not found' thats because I've uninstalled what they are. Can I just delete these?
