Hi,
I have a small gripe with my media centre being left in Mute when recording TV. It's down to a feature in windows called Away mode which mutes the sound when recording etc.
Rather than mess around trying to disable away mode or stop it muting, I've created a small script that unmutes the sound when waking the PC from sleep. However this doesn't always work as sometimes the PC is still awake and is still muted.
What I'm looking for is an event I can use in task scheduler to trigger the script when the PC stops being idle and/or the display is 'active'.
Any suggestions?
