edit: p.s who is the girl you have as your wallpaper?

What's the rar file 'move system tray and sta...'?

Downloading games much?
It's an add-on i just downloaded to try and get it back to normal, but nothing :(
Any ideas?
The task bar isn't locked to start with and i can't drag it down to the bottom left.

Looking at your desktop I'd say your system is Full of Trojans & spyware, Remove that & then things will go back to normal & you can just drag it back down as per.
I hope you don't play games on that system, Kin'ell dude talk about clutter.

:( :p
Donn't say you've never downloaded illegally, if you say that you're full of poop my freind.
I don't download all games, i bought like 5 latest games from play, so I'm a lot better then most.

Is it definitely not locked yeah? Right click the task bar, and see if there is a tick there.

And your dragging from the center of the task bar? Not the edges?

You could also boot up in safe mode, and see what happens there.

no comment :p considering Far cr 2, and dead space etc are there ;)

I don't actually no, I had emails form my ISP, so I stopped, can't be bothered with the hassle, even if it was the odd film here and there.

Check what I said above, and I'll look into it a bit more.

Try this as well, I think I remember something like this happening ages ago somewhere:

How to move the Windows taskbar,
1. Right-click on a blank area in the taskbar and deselect Lock the Toolbar. A divider line should appear next to the Start button.
2. Left-click the area between the Start button and your divider. (or drag the divider along a bit first)
3. While keeping the left mouse button pressed, drag the taskbar to the new location. (top, bottom, left or right)
4. Release your mouse.
5. Right-click any blank area and Lock the Toolbar.
