Hello all,
I'm having an issue where my Task bar in Windows 7 & 8.1 is glitching (upgraded to windows 8.1 last week). I've never had this issue before I changed my graphics card. I just switched over to an AMD 7970. It's only a problem on my desktop. If I watch a film on fullscreen the taskbar wont glitch.
I'm running 2 screens. 23" (DVI) and a 32" (HDMI).
Any ideas what could be causing this? Has anyone else had this issue?
