I am having some problems with windows 7, i play league of legends in borderless mode, but the task bar keeps showing, it has never done this before, its driving me crazy!!!

hmm i have just recalled this happening before on a previous windows 7 i had installed on my last HDD, i remember it was a windows update that caused the problem, i just cant remember what update it was
