When I open up resource monitor, I see this thing occupying about 25% of my processor, and doing nothing with it.
Suspending the process frees up the CPU usage, and doesn't effect the running of the computer what-so-ever.
Why would they make part of an operating system that uses up so much resources that does next to nothing?
