Tax disc holder with "extended" arm

Thanks to work requiring parking permits on everything I need to have another tax disc holder, problem is finding somewhere to mount it. The Tax disc is on the left side on the front mudguard and the holder is on an "arm" that extends outwards, the problem with conventional flat ones is there's no bolts to fit it on since the flat face comes into contact with something. So I'm trying to find a holder than has a arm/bracket that extends it outwards, picture below

Anyone know where I can get one?

Don't know why that didn't occur to me, thanks. The holder I have it in at the moment arm is so short you can't really bend it, hey ho
