Following on from my "personal" 52 in '15 I have signed up to Talk Photography's 52 in '16

They give a theme each month and I'll post my entries here

Week 0 = "Old"

Taken at Dunham Massey, Cheshire earlier today. The stones are set into the turf over the lake opposite the main house / Stamford Hospital.

I knew they were there and went for the 1702 date being "Old" and the fact that the word "old" is in the capture is a lucky bonus !

Yes, its a re-creation from my 52 in 15, but after some failed / bad attempts at some other subjects I decided to re-set up and take this shot

The watch could be slightly rotated and not overly happy with the highlight / reflection on the watch reflection but hey-ho

Its an old Oris metal cased pocket watch and chain. This was originally my grandfathers, he passed it to my father when he got married and my dad passed it to me when I got married.
