Have you tried contacting Thermochill directly? There is a well-founded rumour that they are only making a handful of the old PA series at the moment, and that they are putting their main efforts into building stock of a new range of radiators to be launched some time soon.

You can go to every retailer in the UK and not find one.
The Thermochill factory is very small and in the UK, unlike many others.
And just before Christmas the whole factory was wiped out for atleast a week with some sickness bug.
And from then on I don't think they have ever caught up with the orders. So I tihnk it could be quite a while before anyone gets a new PA120.3
