TDK Tape to audio file conversion?

Hi Guys

Hoping this is the right section? Mother in law has a TDK tape she would like to have converted to an audio file. This is of her late father talking about the town he used to live in.

Now I could look online for a company that do this (I don't own a tape drive anymore) but wanted to check if anyone here knew how I can get it converted to an audio file for window etc

If you choose to use a company to do it, I'd recommend Digital Converters (https://www.digitalconverters.co.uk/). Had several old video cassettes and audio tapes done by them and they've been fantastic - expensive but totally top quality.
