TDR errors on a gtx770

Purchased a gtx770 from the MM recently, it's crashing in every application I use

It's a KFA HOF 770GTX 2GB

Event viewer says 'A TDR has been detected.
The application must close.''

Specs - i5 3470, 8GB DDR3, 120GB SSD, superflower 550W PSU

Things I've tried - Changing the values of TDR in the registry, clean OS install, older drivers and latest drivers

Tried it in a different PC with a much higher spec and I'm getting the same issue

Anyone familiar with this issue

If you've tried it in another PC and the exact same issue is present, that's not looking good for the card itself.
