Any tips for a first time bike user in TDU?

I find it damn hard to control with keys, i do have a wheel but its not connected up yet, gotta find wires and stuff. Even then i duno if it will be any better with a wheel.

The probs i find is it feels like lag when i move left or right on a bike, the diff cameras dont help either like it does with a car. So any tips etc is appreciated. Also where is a good place (show with pic of map please) where i can do some cool jump stunts. ;)

I sucked so hard at bikes, and hadn't used them from the start of the TDU beta. I got very good driving the cars, so much to a point, where it wasn't challenging at all. So 2 months ago i set out to learn to ride the bikes. :p

I practiced on the race track daily, i believe 3000k miles. Learning braking distance, which is a lot smaller than cars...the brakes enable you to brake much later around corners (hold down ctrl "wheelie key", for extra strong braking. Hold down shift all the time when accelerating. But you must release it when braking in a straight line or you will do an endo and crash, you can hold shift down still if braking and turning.

The best view to use IMO, is the middle behind view. Bikes are slow in corners, but make it up in braking distance and accelerating out of corners. :p You need to brake a lot more on a bike, instead of sliding around corners.

Bikes, when driven well, can destroy any car round the island (apart from the S7).

learn to use weight properly, lean forward for quick accell, lean back for some very very quick braking, slow round the corner, well...ish, and power out and fly

one small note, dont forget that in 1st gear your bike could still be doing 80mph ;)

also, dont expect to beat the top cars in a straight line, bikes make it all up in areas that require pure acceleration
