Teach me about the Intel DG45ID

I quite like the look of this board.

Now, I don't mind paying the price and I probably wont use the onboard vid or sound.

So, generally, is this a decent board?

At the end of the day, a Mobo is what £100 tops so hardly an expensive upgrade.

I do however need dual PCI-E x1 slots and one PCI slot. Does this Gigabyte board have that?
