anyone lucky enough to receive the new flagship from Intel yet?

wondering how many of you can possible run (stable) 5.2 @ 1.3/1.33vcore?

stock vcore seems to be 1.25v.

So far this 10900K is mega fun to play with
5.1GHz @ 1.25vcore seems stable in occt large & small no avx / adia64 (fpu stress) battlefieldV

r20 benchmark numbers so far,
537 single
6724 muti

So even at 5.1Ghz it cant beat an AMD 3900X at single or multi.

3900X is around
Normal R20 Single is 505-515
Normal R20 Multi is 7100-7250

I'm at 6852 with -4 threads.

cpuZ singlecore bench seems good at 629, my 3800x at 4.5 was only 520ish

I'm hearing 'The default Time Spy CPU test does not scale beyond processors with 10 or more threads.'

what's a stock/clocked 3700X and 3900X do roughly?

You've just parted with £540 for a cpu but can't be bothered to part with $30 for full access to the benchmark suite that tells you all you need to know and tweak about that shinny £540 cpu ?
In fact there are plenty of places to get it for even less than $30.

Don't forget the 'ripoff' z490 motherboard too! oh no wait same price as x570...
I knew that was coming, tbh this test will most likely favour the higher and MUCH higher amd threaded cpu's which is irrelevant to 99.9% of games of which I play. rather put £30 into a steam game.

lol same song diff day.

On a more productive side, what's your uncore at? ram at xmp or tune secondaries and tertiary timings? Both should help a ton with low fps as the cpu isn't stalled waiting on mem and ring operations when you need it the most.

any recommendations ?

If that is the case, why didn't you just buy the 10600/10700k?

I did think about a 10700k/kf 8cores 18threads perfect place to be in for the next few years, especially with the consoles. silicon quality poss better on higher spec cores like amd do with the 3950x and same reason why amd guys 3800X over 3700X for better clocks ect.
massive upgrade from my old 4790k though which ever way I went.

Ignore the stuff on the right column for now "trefi" and below.

Focus on the 2 left columns. Also set your dram voltage to 1.5v, vccio to 1.25 and SA to 1.35 for now.

If that doesn't work, change "command rate" to 2 instead of 1. Give it a shot.

Get asrock timing configurator also and AIDA64 (free) to test performance quickly.

Robert just what I was looking for SuperStar! two gold stars infact :D:D

also out of intrest with maxxmem,

my 3800x did
https://imgur.com/4gfStD0 - much slower ns (latency)

what do you get?

the asrock TC wont work at all with my board,

also I cant get that close to your timmings or the volts! not having much luck!

https://ibb.co/mhk4q1Y - volts auto if try 1.25 IO and 1.35 SA mem recovery post kicks in

slighty better timmings still trimming each timming little by little, i'm sure tFAW at 12 don't post

intel XTU does a good job showing the ram timming

I agree, tbh I’m happy with 5ghz.

juat want to get this ram dialled in
On the ryzen it was cas14 tight with all the sun timings at 3733.
Seems like 4400 is a whole different animal
