So I played some portal earlier on the Orange box collection,had much fun completing it and decided to give team fortress 2 a try, now I joined a server and within minutes all the achievements were popping up, I left when I realised what was going on, but i have a question and you can probably guess what it is,

Will my gamerscore get reset now?

I will be majorly ****** if it does.

Yes seriously, I got all TF2 achievements now after about 3 seconds.

I've read about people being reset for this sort if thing and I don't know if they will reset me, that's why I asked.
 
I have no idea, all I know is of those posts on xbox.com where people say they have been reset to 0 etc for achievement cheating, and short of posting on there asking the question, which in turn will bring it to light, I don't know if I should be worried or not.

I'm stumped on what to do really, and have no idea if I will get any action against me.
 
The people that have been reset to zero have modified their profiles using offline editors. The fact that your achievements popped on an online server will stand you in good stead.

For now I wouldn't worry.
 
The thread is not about if people care about achievements or not. It's about the OP not wanting to lose them and wondering what may happen. Why don't you guys open a thread about 'i don't care about achievements' and go post your comments in there.

Spot on, some people enjoy getting the achievements in games, i do, and would also be anoyed if it was reset due to something i hadnt done.

as above tbh, email and explain your predicament to them, hopefully they'll give you a good response.
