Hi, I purchased 32gb 2x16 team group 8 pack ram from ocuk and it has gone bad. Was intermittently getting asus q-code error 55 and it was really annoying, this was rn upgrade from the same ram but 2x8gb sticks and I still have them so swapped them over and all seems fine again, trouble is I can't find the receipt for the faulty ram and can't even remember whether I bought it on line or from the shop as I have made many purchases either way. As there is a lifetime warranty on the ram would I still be able to get it swapped without receipt? I really want to go back to 32gb as the 16gb isn't enough. What do youbguys think?
