Helo guys,

I am very courious about this memory kit.... OCUK says, "ideal for 3rd gen Ryzen". I am currently using the same series modules, a lower frequency model, the 4133MHz XMP rated one, which is working fine in my current system(Maximus XI Apex, 9900K) on 4266C17. You can find the XTREEM 4500 on my Apex board QVL list, so i am hundred percent sure, it would work fine too... I am planning to go for the Ryzen 3. gen, with a high-end X570 board. I have checked the QVL list of some of them, have not seen any of the high frequency Team Group modules yet. Nonetheless, the OCUK website says, it will be good choice for the new gen Ryzen cpu -s, so it looks to me, inconsistent information has been appeared on the website or in the QVL lists.... What do you think?

Zero chance running anywhere near rated speed on Ryzen...

I am actually planning to downclock the memory for to the highest, and best recommended frequency by the AMD, which is 3733MHz, with the lowest possible timings. I read, it is the ideal... I am hoping at least CAS12 timings on this freq at ~1.6V. I reckon, it would be possible, as my current kit can do CAS14 on this frequency.(it is not good, looks like my kit prefer the high freq instead of the ext. low latency) The Ryzen performs very good with a good ram, there are big increments in every side of the performance data.

I can overclock my 3600mhz CL18 RAM to 3800mhz CL18 on a RyZen 3 system, and pass every stability test Ive thrown at it, ive tried for 4000mhz, but fail memtest, I think thats a restriction of the RAM though, not the board or CPU, its Hynix based RAM after all, not sure you'd reach 4500mhz, but id image you'd get pretty close to it,

Yepp, actually i am not intend to reach that high frequency. On my current system it would be easy, my 4133C18 xmp rated ram kit can do 4500C18 on 1.6V, but on Intel platform. It is the 24/7 setup as well, or it can be, i usually stick it onto 4266C17, due it performs almost the same measurements.

I was hoping, somebody has already tried this kit.
