So today in a meeting we met a company that was using Teams AI Scriber called Fireflies we have had a look in to it and it seems brilliant.
The Company wants to have the same thing but wants to look at Different software as well to compare has anyone used anything like this ?
Can anyone recommend any software to take a look at?
 
I thought this was built in at a certain level ?

I can check what our place uses and to be honest its pretty good at summaries and actions but I wasn't aware it was 3rd party.
 
Yeah I've found the built in transcription and summaries to be sufficient in the main.

Admittedly though, the accuracy could be better and potentially another tool would improve that side of things.
 
Thanks for the Responses guys , @Glanza I will defo take a look at that. I am having to compile a list for a Board meeting with several and the extras that they offer so its good to have another one to add to the list.
The hardest bit currently is trying to find out how yealink works with it or if because Yealink is connected to teams it will just work with the software.

iirc you need either Team Premium or a copilot licence assigned to the user to get transcribing.
 
Yeah Teams Premium offers a certain level and CoPilot offers more as well; its pretty good in the main and I like how it can capture actions which can then be allocated to users via Planner. There's also far less risk or concern over data being processed by another 3rd party service (Given we already have all of this data in M365 anyway).
