Hi,

Does anyone know an easy way to install TeamSpeak in Linux Mint?

I downloaded teamspeak for linux client, and run the executable and it works..however,As soon as i minimize teamspeak client it simply disappears and disconnects the user.

I would like to actually install Teamspeak,so that it creates a proper shortcut icon on the desktop, and that i can make it launch automatically when i log in to my desktop.

appreciate any help.

Search for it in the start menu, right click the icon and "add to desktop".
Then in start menu again, search for and open up "startup applications" then add teamspeak to the list. You will find it in /usr/shared/applications

Its not showing in search, and now the teamspeak client refuses to run..omg.

Why they didn't just put team speak in Software center to make it easy for linux noobs..all i want to do is use TS.
