Sound quality in TS might seem good enough for you english guys, but me as a 16 year old wich hasn't known english till about 11 years old, being the 3rd language from 5 I know, TS is very poor quality, I'm often like what the **** did my mate say ???? Even though other english people understood him correctly and quite easely. I have to focus a lot to make something out of foreign languages on teamspeak.
Even with speex 25.6 kbit it sounds very distorted and not clear enough for me.
I haven't even tryed ventrillo tbh, but from what I've heard it's much nicer than TS.

Going to give this a go since it is supposed to have clearer and higher quality sound.

we have used ts for over 5 years now on our dedi gaming servers have never had any trouble with quailty always used it for matches etc. tried vent didnt like tbh but i never used to like intel either.

vent i found has much better sound quality and generally runs nicer than ts.

Quick question, does TS allow multiple users from the same connection to join the same server? Vent won't allow it. If not anyone know an app that does?

As uv mentioned above, there's a free alternative to vent and teamspeak, mumble:

It's reportedly far better than both.

Vents sound quality is better, but TS is easier to use, ao both have heir benefits.

Sorry my mistake,

I meant the new version of Ventrilo (3.0) its terrible compared to the old version.
