TeamSpeak VOIP App. On My Site?

You'd have to ask your host to install it but in a shared hosting environment I highly doubt it, because it's not a web app - it's totally different :)

It'd also use quite a bit of bandwidth depending on how busy it was, and sadly unlimited does not exist :)
