Teamviewer 5 help

I need help from any users that have used Teamviewer 5. I have this installed on most of my terminals and works perfectly. I have it installed on my laptop but it doesn't connect to their server. Checkd my firewall and all seems fine. Any thoughts?

Got the correct Session ID & Password?

Can you try connecting to your laptop from another PC using TeamViewer?

Is it the full version of TV you've installed on your laptop?

are they all running the same V5? i had probs with conflicts on different versions..
