Teamviewer not working sometimes

Anyone else use teamviewer on a regular basis and find that on some occasions you are just unable to connect with the software.

I use it to connect to my home pc from work and some days it won't work and when i get home, i don't see any problems with my internet or any reason why it shouldn't work.

One time when it stopped working for no reason, I tried about 4 hours later, in the afternoon and it connected ok. :confused:
 
I take it your home connection is always 'working' and logged in when you're on the computer at home.

Could it be some kind of network rule in work preventing you from accessing it?

What I'd try is put the software on your phone (android or apple), then try it from there.

It works surprisingly well over a mobile connection.
 
Paid for or free version? I use the paid for one and don't have any similar problems. I think one of the differences between paid and free is a better connection to their servers but that might just be marketing fluff.
