I really like them. They accent the green VFD and the blue power/hdd leds nicely i think

Obv not finished yet just proof of concept
i just popped the plastic out and pushed the mesh over my dvd-rw and vfd
i could use tried and tested optical drive stealthing methods
and just cut out the rectangle where the vfd is
the same can be done for a fan controller just make holes for the knobs

what do you think?

cool they are £7.04 each from Overclockers

the case came with a front dust filter

unlike its bigger brother the 900

the fans are quite quiet too @ 12v i cant tell the difference between the two of them and the single Tricool that was in there place and @ 5v pretty much inaudible

that's not to bad like i have the 900, and obv tis a vaccum cleaner in another life. Just looking for some dust filters like. Can you slipt then in half or out?

looks nice but not sure how you would be able to stealth the dvd drive and fan controller.

ok dvd drive is easy just stick the mesh to the front of the tray the eject button still works when you apply pressure to that part of the drive this is the same principal of most optical drive stealths

with a fan controller

for example this one http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...alman ZM-MFC1 Plus Black Multi Fan Controller would be easy just place the mesh over the controller mark where the knobs are and cut holes

put the knobs back on and et viola it looks OEM
