The ones I most enjoy reading and use the most are definitely Anandtech and Bit tech, but I also use these others (as well as Toms which you already mentioned):

Something I said on a forum a few years back which ended up originating from them (kinda like Chinese whispers). I believe they had signed an NDA regarding the product, which I didn't know about and they obviously couldn't keep quiet. lol
