Tech Suport Number

Hi guys, sorry if this seems stupid just having difficulty&could b in wrong thread.
Im trying to contact OcUK tech support number for last week on the 0871 222 8528 and I cant get through says number is not in use anymore, has this changed or am I doing something very stupid.
