Teckin Cameras - access issues

Hello all,

Anyone got Teckin cameras? Purchased specifically because it states 'Videos are securely uploaded...and accessible for 7-15 days - no subscription required'

Away from the camera and it's been movement triggered, but trying to view the video it states that you need a subscription to access the video...

Is it just a straight up lie from them to get you to buy them and then have to pay a subscription, or has anyone else been able to use the cloud storage for free?

Any experiences would be great to hear about.

Good point thank you, I'll see how they fixed it. If they try and charge for it, it'll be going back as that's a very false statement in the advert.
